I've never been to a live baseball game before! Winnipeg has a beautiful diamond that is right in the heart of downtown. I was given free tickets through work. Michael wasn't able to come because he was working in the field, so I brought my friend Beatrice instead.
I absolutely love the atmosphere at a baseball game. This particular night was themed as prom night, so all the ushers were dressed up to go to prom. It probably helped that the first game I ever went to was one that kept you on the edge of your seat the whole game, and carried into 13 innings because it kept tying up.
If you are wondering, the lovely faces in the photo are some of my coworkers and their significant others.
