ouch!
This is what happens when you wear cheap flip flops, the weather produces a short torrential down pour type of rain shower and you are carrying a lot of stuff:
Honestly, I am disappointed that the pictures don't show the color better, neither one of these is that accurate. Let's just say that while this looks bad, this was within 12 hours of when I fell down the slick deck stairs. And, just to make sure you aren't wondering if that is in some crazy or inappropriate place, it's the back of my hip, right about where my pants would sit.
It got much blacker yet. I don't think I've ever had such a wicked goose egg either. My massage therapist worked on it a few times and finally recommended physio because she couldn't get it to loosen up (and she was using her elbow!)
