A coworker of mine was telling me about these cookies, and I was so curious I went straight home to try it. (apparently it came from the side of the peanut butter jar).
1 cup sugar + 1 egg + 1 cup peanut butter =
peanut butter cookies (gluten free no less)
Pretty awesome, if a little sweet.
